Tiffany Abney was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She attended Waldron Mercy Academy (k-8), a prestigious Catholic private blue ribbon school of excellence in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She later attended Merion Mercy Academy (9-12), an all girls Catholic private blue ribbon school of excellence. There, Tiffany would become a 16x District Track and Field champion and a 13x Track and Field State champion solidifying her spot in the Pennsylvania Track and Field Hall of Fame. From there Tiffany took her talents to The University of Houston and The University of Houston’s Honors College where she received a full Track and Field scholarship to both and later became an NCAA All-American. While attending the University of Houston, Tiffany studied Broadcast Journalism as well as Psychology.

Tiffany later made the move to Los Angeles, California to pursue a career as a stunt performer and action actress. Since moving to Los Angeles and becoming a member of the Screen Actors Guild/AFTRA, she has doubled actresses in Television shows such as, "9-1-1, "Station 19, "Luke Cage" and "The Last Ship." Tiffany has also booked principal roles in various national commercials such as a “Got Milk” campaign and a few Dodge national campaigns.

When Tiffany is not on set she likes to spend the majority of her time training. Fight training, dirt biking, surfing, sword fighting, rappelling, boxing, judo, jujitsu, pole dance, horse back riding and hip hop dancing are some of her favorite ways to train. When Tiffany is not training she enjoys being around family/friends, going to the movies, feeding the homeless and going on adventures.
